Warranty

At VANDA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our eyewear. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to make a warranty claim.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

VANDA eyewear is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship, including defects in frames, hinges, or lenses that occur under normal use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover: scratches to lenses, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by unauthorised repairs, adjustments, or modifications. Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse are not considered faulty.

If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, VANDA will offer one of the following solutions: replacement with the same product, subject to availability, replacement with an equivalent product if the original item is unavailable, refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not possible. The chosen resolution will depend on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
