These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the VANDA Eyewear website and any purchases made through vandaeyewear.com (the “Site”). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT US

2. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF THE SITE
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order on our Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not in any way that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or other users.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to: limit quantities, discontinue products and update product descriptions, pricing or specifications at any time. Images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.
4. PRICING & CURRENCY
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, any payment received will be refunded in full.
5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. An order is considered accepted once it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to: stock availability errors, pricing errors and suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is provided free of charge within Australia. Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING PROTECTION
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the date of delivery. Returns received within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns received after 14 days, but within 30 days, will be issued as store credit.
Shipping & Return Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout. When selected, it includes: free return shipping within Australia and protection against loss, theft or damage in transit. If Shipping & Return Protection is not selected, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
VANDA covers the cost of shipping replacement items for approved exchanges. Return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be covered by VANDA in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
VANDA sunglasses are not safety eyewear and are not certified for industrial, impact, or protective use. Our products are intended for everyday lifestyle wear only. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.
9. WARRANTY & CONSUMER GUARANTEES
We offer a separate Warranty Policy available on our Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
10. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards may be redeemed online at checkout and used across multiple orders until the balance is exhausted. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
11. PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Promotions, including bundle offers, discount codes, and member or program-based pricing, are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. The VANDA Aviation & Defence Program provides approved members with access to exclusive pricing. Eligibility is subject to verification and approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information to confirm eligibility and to revoke access at any time. Promotions and program access cannot be combined unless expressly stated and are not valid retrospectively on previous purchases. VANDA Eyewear is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any aviation or defence organisation.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
VANDA® is a registered trade mark of Overline Group Pty Ltd. All content on this Site including text, images, logos, graphics and designs is owned by or licensed to Overline Group Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content without prior written consent.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site. Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the remedies required by law.
14. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
